Common questions
What counts as a "translation"?
One successfully translated manga page. Pages that fail or have no detected text don't count. Re-translations of the same page within a 6-hour window don't count either.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, one click in the customer portal, no questions asked. We also honor a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription.
Which plan should I pick?
Day Pass is perfect for one-off weekend binges ($0.99 for 100 pages in 24h). Starter covers ~50 chapters per month (assuming ~30 pages per chapter). Power covers ~100 chapters. If you read several series daily, go Power.
What if I go over my monthly cap?
Translations pause for that month and resume on your next billing date. You can upgrade to Power at any time, the switch is pro-rated and takes effect immediately.
Do I need an OpenAI API key?
No. The hosted backend uses our OpenAI account. If you'd rather use your own key (BYOK), switch the Backend tab in the popup to "OpenAI", that mode is unmetered but you pay OpenAI directly.
