Speech bubbles get detected by the bundled ONNX YOLO model, the original Japanese / Korean / Chinese text is read by GPT-5.4-mini vision, and translations render directly inside each bubble in a manga font (Komika Hand by default). Quirks & what to watch for

Webtoons uses CSS-clipped images for some episodes; MTZ's bubble detector ignores clipping and detects from the rendered visible region, but very tall slices (>4096 px) translate as separate canvas chunks
